Terms and Conditions
- Pricing Policy
Our prices are starting prices; the final cost will vary based on the specific shoot and customer requirements. - Booking and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within three days of the appointment will incur a 15% service fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 40% service fee. Cancellations made earlier than three days are not subject to a fee. - Payment Method
A 50% deposit is required before the shoot. The remaining balance is to be settled after the selection and approval of the photos. - Location
Changes to the location must be communicated in advance and may incur additional charges. - Photo Delivery Time
Photos will be delivered within 5-10 bussiness days after the shoot. - Video Delivery Time
The delivery time for videos depends on the type of video and will require prior communication and approval. - Additional Travel Fee
For sessions requiring travel over 80 km, an additional fee of CAD 2.5 per kilometer will be applied. Please contact us in advance to discuss travel arrangements and associated charges. - Usage Rights
Clients have the right to use the photos for personal purposes. Commercial use requires special permission and may involve additional fees. - Post-Processing
Basic editing is included. Additional retouching or special requests may be charged separately.
